Hyperlocal delivery: customer, rider, vendor, admin on one network
Food and grocery delivery fails when four apps do not share the same order. The platform is the network, not the customer screen.
Elena Rossi · Backend Principal

Hyperlocal delivery is four apps on one network: customer, rider, vendor, and admin. If those identities and orders diverge, the city does not move. Appzotic’s DeliveryLo product is that network.
Four products, one order
Customer, rider, vendor, and admin must share status, location, and money. If any app is a fork, dispatch lies. The architecture is one API, four experiences.
What the suite must hold
Browse and checkout for the customer. Accept and navigate for the rider. Prepare and confirm for the vendor. City config, surge, and support for admin. Tracking is live, not a fake map.
- Shared order state
- COD, wallets, and payouts
- Real-time dispatch
- City-level operations

How we build it
Flutter on the edges, NestJS and MongoDB in the middle, Redis for presence. DeliveryLo is the pattern: hyperlocal commerce as a network, not a single pretty app.
Questions people and AI search ask
Why do delivery products need four apps?
Because four roles have four jobs and four device contexts. Sharing a website skin creates dangerous shortcuts. The network is the shared order and location services.
What is DeliveryLo?
DeliveryLo is Appzotic’s hyperlocal delivery product spanning customer, rider, vendor, and admin experiences.
