What’s inside

The product, module by module.

Everything a client would actually use — not a feature dump, the operating pieces of the system.

01

Pharmacy home

Location, search, care categories, and a 45-minute delivery hero.

First screen reads as a pharmacy, not a grocery clone.
02

Shop by category

OTC, Rx, vitamins, and filters with a two-column medicine grid.

Patients find SKUs the way a pharmacy actually merchandises.
03

Cart and wallet

Line items, coupons, free-delivery progress, and a ₹ wallet.

Checkout feels like quick commerce with pharmacy pricing.
04

Order journey

Success, My Orders, tracking, invoice, and order details.

Support and the patient share a readable history.

The brief

Why it exists, and what it changed.

The problem

Generic grocery clones cannot handle Rx upload, medicine categories, or the trust a pharmacy purchase needs.

What we built

Design a Flutter app around home, search, Rx, cart, and account — with pharmacy-specific onboarding and catalog.

What changed

Patients can browse OTC and prescription categories, upload a script, and track a 45-minute medicine order.

01

Prescription vs OTC

Some SKUs need a script; others should check out in seconds.

Impact · Cart and product detail had to encode that difference.
02

Trust imagery

Pharmacy onboarding cannot look like a food-delivery splash.

Impact · Photography and copy had to feel clinical without becoming cold.
03

Speed

45-minute promise only works if home, search, and cart are obvious.

Impact · Information architecture followed Blinkit — then specialized.
How it’s built

Delivery path, stack, and system shape.

Phase 01

Onboarding

Location, profile, and pharmacy-led stories before the first order.

Phase 02

Catalog

Home, categories, search, and product detail for medicines and devices.

Phase 03

Rx checkout

Prescription upload, cart, wallet, and order tracking.

App

built for pharmacy

Category-first

The product reads as Eco Med, not a template.

Rx in-flow

Prescription SKUs can complete a purchase.

Eco Med needed to feel like a pharmacy that delivers — not a grocery app with a green palette.

Project FAQ

The details behind the delivery.

How long did the project take?

The core engagement ran for a focused mobile product cycle. Discovery and architecture came first, followed by incremental releases and a structured transition into continuous improvement.

Why was this technology stack selected?

Flutter, GetX and Dart provided the best balance of team fit, ecosystem maturity, security, delivery speed and long-term operating cost. Every major choice was documented through architecture decisions.

How were security and scalability handled?

Threat modeling, least-privilege access, automated security checks and observability were built into delivery. Load and failure testing validated the critical paths before launch.

What support followed launch?

Appzotic provided launch command, operational monitoring, knowledge transfer and a prioritized evolution roadmap. The client could choose continued product support or full internal ownership.
